The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences, Curio Collection By Hilton, Playa del Carmen

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was perfect for those who love a good party atmosphere since it's close to all the action. However, the room wasn't ready until 4 pm, and the view from our window was less than ideal, overlooking a trash dump. On a positive note, the hotel is just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location! The rooms were clean and tidy, with great views of the water feature in the lobby from my balcony. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, making my stay extra special. However, the dining experience was a bit simpler than expected, with very few options available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, especially the bed - the best I've experienced in Mexico. They were very spacious with plenty of storage, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The service was top-notch, with exceptional attention from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The location was ideal, just two blocks from the beach and within a short walk of numerous restaurants and shops. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of choices daily, and the facilities were well-maintained.
